In this easter Monday we have pairs of odd feelings. Gratitude and happiness for the time rested, and a bit of sadness as it has come to end. In the christian story, we have also the miracle of the resurrection, but the feeling of so much pain and suffering in the crucifixion. Likewise our oracle today is about if not conflictive at least not natural partners. Let’s see how it goes:

The first pair meant is “a safe pair of hands—-keep dreams alive” what does this mean? We are taught to dream wildly but what if we dream safely, meaning, dreaming in a way that it can come true.

The second pairing is “making sense” through “indulging your curiosity” which tickles me because curiosity is sometimes chastised in its association with imagination and escape reality… but what about if that’s the only way to make sense? After all, what is “reality”?

And the third one, which I think is the less antagonist of the pairings: it’s emotional but I have belief. I personally have great trust in my emotions, they tell many more things than mere analysis, and frankly they speak more clearly. Alas, if only we pay more attention.

Then for the creatiBe oracle today i suggest to make a pairing of apparently odd things. The idea draws upon surrealism and the juxtaposition of different elements. We can find surprising combinations only if we dare to try! For instance; two diverse flavours in a meal; or two elements in a collage, even two different feelings in one sentence. How does that work? What emerges from those encounters?
